A full crypto journey: what's your level?
From your first wallet to a fully-staked multi-sig legacy — a map of 10102’s resources, plus the Computing Legacy features worth knowing about right now.
Whether you’re opening your first wallet or designing inheritance for a multi-sig vault, there’s a clear path through it now. 10102.io just expanded its learning resources to cover the full spectrum — and the app has grown significantly since the beta. Here’s both.
Find your level
Everything on 10102.io/resources is organized into four tiers. Start where you are; the next tier is always one link away.
🌱 Beginner — Get Started
What crypto actually is, how wallets work, picking an exchange, and the security basics you don’t want to learn the hard way.
🧭 Intermediate — Invest
Comparing Layer-1s, reading emerging ecosystems, evaluating tokens, and managing a portfolio without losing the plot.
⚡ Advanced — Earn
Staking, liquid staking, liquidity provision, yield farming, and restaking — what each is actually doing under the hood and where the risk lives.
🗝️ Essential — Legacy
What happens to your crypto when you can no longer act on it. Inheritance basics, smart-contract solutions, beneficiary setup, and estate planning that survives you.
Cross-level deep dives
Three guides that matter at every tier — the why behind everything else.
Why self-custody matters — the case for not your keys, not your coins, and what it takes to do it safely.
Multi-signature wallet strategies — one key is a single point of failure. Threshold wallets, recovery profiles, inheritance case studies.
Asset recovery — wrong-chain sends, stuck transactions, lost access: what can be recovered, what can’t, and how to protect yourself before you ever need to ask.
Legacy contracts vs. timelocks — both are in Computing Legacy. Legacy contracts transfer to beneficiaries after an inactivity trigger; timelocks lock funds until a specific date regardless of activity. The Legacy section walks through when each one fits.
What’s new in Computing Legacy
The app at app.10102.io has come a long way since the beta launch. The headliners:
💰 Stake while you wait. Legacies and timelocks no longer sit as idle ETH. At creation, you can swap into whitelisted staking tokens (stETH today, more LSTs to come) — your inheritance plan compounds while it’s locked. Beneficiaries can claim back as ETH or keep the staked form, their choice.
⚡ Quick actions. Common scenarios (transfer to a trusted contact, savings account for a kid, multisig recovery line) now have one-click presets that pre-fill the form. Setup goes from “where do I start?” to “is this what I want?” in seconds.
🤖 Guardian, our in-app AI assistant. A privacy-preserving chatbot powered by Venice AI helps you design a legacy, walk through edge cases, and understand what the contract will actually do. No prompts logged, no profile built on you.
And a steady stream of polish you’ll feel even if you don’t notice it:
Beneficiaries can claim funds directly from the dashboard — no more digging through detail pages at the worst possible moment.
Multi-sig detail pages show both the current and post-activation signer scheme side by side, so beneficiaries know exactly what they’ll inherit.
A link builder under Settings generates pre-filled legacy/timelock URLs — useful for onboarding family members or clients.
Bring your own RPC, automatic provider fallback, and transparent pricing visible before you connect a wallet.
